Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Operations Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of collaborating for the Trade Data management. The role requires managing the CRIF - Dun & Bradstreet Trade program and collaboration with the various stake holders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Very good Financial knowledge along with ratio analysis and Industry outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including VBA scripting), SQL for database management and querying.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Proficiency in handling CSV, TXT files for data processing and integration.

BELOW SKILL SET WOULD PROVIDE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE:

  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools for ETL/ELT processes.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform advanced analytics using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations in Power BI.
  • Experience in Power BI Reporting Server handling for CRIF.

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate solutions to clients and manage all onboarding roadmap activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • Certifications in data management, project management, and business intelligence (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Power BI) are a plus.
  • Functional experience or 5 years and above

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. BI Database Management and Data Governance:
  • End to end management of CRIF iTrade Program, front end, backend, operations, marketing aspects, data analysis, reporting, client handling, onboarding, program stewardship as an individual specialist.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team, Finance, CRIF and Dun & Bradstreet team to ensure the data is published regularly and updated in the respective trade portal.
  • Liaise with the Trade Participant for periodic update of the data, query resolution and guidance for Account receivable information.
  • Provide product demonstration to the prospective participants.
  • Orchestrate data acquisition, transformation, and consumption, implementing pipelines for integration with D&B global Data Lake.
  • Develop and implement data governance/privacy strategies to maintain data integrity and compliance with local and global standards.
  • Implement data quality management practices, including cleansing, standardization, validation, and de-duplication.
  • Co-Lead local and global data stewardship initiatives to ensure compliance with Dubai Data Law, DIFC Data Privacy, GDPR, and CRIF Dun & Bradstreet global Data Standards.
  • Identify Proxy Trade Data for scaling up the trade program
  • Maintain and publish the MIS with the various stakeholders at periodic intervals
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) of large datasets using statistical and mining techniques.
