We work in a hybrid model, and you should expect to split your time between working in the office and working remotely, with flexibility based on the role and the business needs. We currently have an office in downtown Toronto and will eventually be establishing offices in other provinces. Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the administration of the bordereaux management system. Becoming the subject matter expert on the software.
- Day to day operation of binder management and contract programming.
- Review underwriting, billing and claims bordereaux for compliance and data quality.
- Support the integration of ISI policy administration with the bordereaux management system for underwriting and claims.
- Basic reporting for delegated underwriting authority business and fronting.
- Supporting underwriters to enable efficient policy administration.
- Work with finance team on processing deliverables for delegated authority business.
- Work with IT on various initiatives related to reporting and data management for delegated authority business.
- Demonstrate skills in creative thinking, decision making and problem solving.
- Participate in business analysis, project team, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics, and presenting information in a professional manner.
