POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is looking for investment Data Operations Professional to join its growing data management group under the Global Data Operations Team in its Credit business. The role is based in Dublin and reports to the Head of Investment Data Operations at KKR.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess advanced SQL skills and a proven track record in data analytics. With 1 to 2 years of experience in investment operations, preferably within a financial institution or fund administration, the specialist should have a thorough understanding of business operations across the middle and back office. Experience in a data governance role is desirable. Additionally, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau will be considered an asset. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities, able to independently investigate issues and develop long-term, scalable solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and relationship building across various business group.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 2 years of data management and data operations experience in Financial Services
  • Experience in process design and process enhancement.
  • A successful candidate will have outstanding initiative, exceptional attention to detail and risk oriented.
  • Must be organized and possess a track record in accuracy and in meeting deadlines in a fast paced, growing work environment with high expectations
  • The candidate must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Is team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and professionalism

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Accounting experience and/or knowledge of downstream and upstream implications to the financial statements of changes to security master attributes
  • Knowledge of Trade Processing and Settlement preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Working Experience in Snowflake, Tableau
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skill
  • Knowledge of Security Master Characteristics of Bank Debt and Bonds
  • Knowledge of security ratings and rating agency services
  • Experience in pricing, security master

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to internal clients to understand and learn their data requirements, identify and document potential area of improvements
  • Design, document and executive data management processes
  • In conjunction with IT, developing specifications, testing and enhancing tools / applications necessary in keeping data up to date, complete and accurate Identify areas of operational risk and execute plans to mitigate them
  • Coordinating and working closely with business units, data owners, and vendors, to ensure data accuracy and data integrity
  • Maintaining consistent, accurate and complete Security Master data within the OMS and Accounting systems, risk analytics by executing routine and targeted data maintenance tasks
  • Executing and managing ad hoc data related projects within specified deadlines
