Customer Operations @ EIVEE
In a time where high quality carbon accounting is a key competitive differentiator for our customers, our ambition is to be their trusted partner by placing Customer Experience at the center of our offering. Through this approach, we ensure that we maintain the human touch and empower our customers on their sustainability journey. Our new Data Operations Specialist (you!) will play a key role and act as the bridge between customers data, customers solution, product, and operation, to help our customers create full transparency and digital advisory on their external cost base and carbon footprint.
So, what’s the opportunity?
As a detail-oriented and quality-driven Data Operations Specialist, you will use your technical skills and structured approach to create business and environmental value across a portfolio of customers. To deliver a world-class recurring operation of our product and ensure that our customers feel right at home with us, you will be the executing force around deliveries, work with customers to resolve issues, and support continuous improvements of the solutions. Moreover, you will:
- Ensure timely delivery of updates to our top-tier customers
- Oversee the consolidation of customer data, perform quality assurance checks, and manage the customer data processing pipelines
- Identify and translate customer issues into concrete solutions to implement at customer level or collaborate internally on general product improvements
- Gradually raise the quality of customer solutions e.g. by enriching their data with new sources of information
- Improve and optimize areas in our processes, as we continuously improve and evolve our product
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have an education in Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar
- Are familiar with the basics of programming, and specifically experience with Python, PySpark/Foundry and Power BI is a plus
- Have the ability to maintain focus on well-defined tasks to ensure high quality, and to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded character
- Have strong communication skills in English, allowing you to clearly convey messages, written as well as verbal. Danish is considered an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Have experience from the industry e.g. in technical customer support or operations roles and/or experience with data processing pipelines, preferably in SaaS
- Care about delivering high-quality solutions to clients and your colleagues
- Are able to take responsibility and to follow through on tasks and projects
- Are enthusiastic about technology and being a part of a fast-growing SaaS-like company, and eager to enter the world of working with data to create business and environmental value for customers
