Description:
Nord Pool needs to strengthen the Data Operations team and we are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to join our Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer tickets related to data inquiries and issues, ensuring a timely and effective resolution. Additionally, this role will involve taking ownership of improving our data service offerings through continuous optimization and enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed higher education within IT, engineering, energy, or economics.
- Experience in usage of IT tools for monitoring, efficiency, and support purposes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the power market is an advantage but not a requirement as long as there is an interest to learn.
- Experience from operations that is dependent on complex IT infrastructure
- Experience and interest in IT and how technology can be used to improve business processes and increase the quality in our service delivery towards customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives to improve processes and services.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and troubleshoot data-related problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Take ownership of data service offerings, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data operations processes and procedures.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the development team.
