Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Data Process Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Development team, to support the continued growth of our nearly 300 acquired Pharmacy locations across Canada! Our Support Office is located in Toronto, Ontario.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director, Data Analytics and Enablement, the Data Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing data processes to improve data quality, efficiency, and value. This role involves working closely with data management teams to identify process gaps, streamline data workflows, and ensure data governance standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and process mapping tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing data processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT professionals to design and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, including data flow diagrams and process descriptions.
  • Monitor data processes to ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and execution of data quality checks and controls.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new data processes and tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies in data process management.
