Based in Toronto, the Data Product Develop Co-op/Intern will be an integral member of our team, contributing to the strategic and tactical analysis of our data products. Working closely with teams spanning data product, engineering, analytics, science, intelligence, and BI, you will assist in facilitating the collection of design inputs and measuring the success of data products. Additionally, you will support in refining our Agile processes and reporting framework to ensure streamlined operations and enhanced visibility.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
- Assist in facilitating user interviews and workshops to gather data product requirements and design inputs from users, encompassing complex business logic, Excel Power Query, or SQL.
- Support in translating collected requirements into technical specifications for Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Aid in liaising efforts of various teams within the Data organization while coordinating collaboration with other business functions and teams to ensure continuous delivery.
- Contribute to the analysis of user behavior to inform product strategy and business decisions, leveraging insights from data product success metrics.
- Owning basic analytical assignments, under the supervision of senior team members.
- Help refine Agile processes and reporting framework to ensure effective project management and enhanced visibility.
