The Data Product Owner will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to input into the development and maintenance of data products. Contributing to the data strategy and maintaining backlogs to achieve the required benefits, the person in post will also prioritise and agree the new demand for data products, whilst balancing the development and technical resources available.
Leading a diverse, cross functional team providing matrix management, the Data Product Owner will manage aspects of the product lifecycle enabling the product to meet the needs of customers/users and achieve financial or other targets. This role also facilitates the adoption of data products and business readiness, working with business change teams to ensure and monitor product performance after going live.
