WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Data Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the delivery of data-centric projects, focusing on analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that these initiatives align with business objectives and provide valuable insights to stakeholders. You will coordinate multiple activities, requiring strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle various tasks effectively. A passion for Data and Artificial Intelligence will be essential as you manage and streamline these activities to drive success and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document reporting needs, translating them into clear data and reporting requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that high-level insights are accurately reflected in reporting solutions.
  • Coordinate and support diverse teams, including BI Developers, Data scientists, and Data engineers.
  • Facilitate task assignments, provide necessary support, and help maintain a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Ensure that project tasks are carried out according to the established plan.
  • Track progress against set metrics, address issues as they arise, and assist in achieving project milestones within the budget and timeline.
  • Assist with quality assurance by supporting regular reviews and audits of project deliverables.
  • Help address any quality issues promptly and coordinate with the team to implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project-related escalations by facilitating resource mobilization and involving senior leadership if needed.
  • Support decision-making processes and help resolve issues to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare clear and concise dashboards and updates for Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • Keep them informed of the latest developments and progress in the project.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance practices and procedures.
  • Assist the Director in implementing best practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure consistency in project management across stakeholders.
