Job Description Position: Data Quality Analyst (Fully Remote)
Classification: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer and Chief Data Scientist
Date: June 2024
MISSION: Futuro Health launched in 2020 to address the critical shortage of workers in the healthcare sector. Our nonprofit mission is to improve the health and wealth of communities by growing the largest network of allied healthcare workers in the nation. Initially funded by a $130 million investment from Kaiser Permanente through a collective bargaining agreement with SEIU-UHW, Futuro Health has since grown to have a portfolio of funders, grants, and contracts to do our work that is life changing. Every year, thousands of diverse adults become Futuro Health Scholars and pursue training to earn their credentials for a wide array of in- demand allied healthcare roles. What sets Futuro Health apart is our comprehensive approach to supporting Futuro Health Scholars throughout their education journey and our deep expertise in the healthcare sector. We address the healthcare workforce shortage by creating unique education journeys for diverse adults to enter into allied healthcare careers at low or no-cost. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the STEM, social sciences, or related disciplines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong experience in SQL or other relational databases
  • Ability to work closely with senior executives and staff at Futuro Health.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal guidance or direction.
  • Strong analytical, judgement, research, and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude, open-mindedness, flexibility, and tact.
  • Commitment to quality service that exceeds expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, showing flexibility as needed
  • Focused attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask, adept at managing and meeting deadlines and dealing with conflicting/changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and answer important questions on student progress and success; answer and present findings to key constituent groups
  • Work directly with education providers to ensure accurate and timely data transfer
  • Evaluate data provided versus the expectation of Futuro Health’s internal enrollment numbers
  • Present results to various audiences using dashboards, written reports, and other types of reporting
  • Use data to find insights and make data-driven decisions to support and advise our leadership team
  • Support the leadership team as needed on a variety of projects
  • Collaborate with other members of Data Science, Finance, and Student Success teams in the collection, preparation, analysis, and visualization of student and workforce data
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
