MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Data Quality Analyst I to join the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Team! Individual reports to Principal Data Quality Analyst. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities:
The Data Quality Analyst I role within the Data organization will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of data quality monitoring and operations, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring data quality is deployed as a value-added service. As an ambassador and data quality champion, you will have an opportunity to interact with both technical and business partners. Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Analyze & profile data to assess quality variances from data standards while working with technical & business stakeholders to ensure continuous process improvement.
- Assess operational processes to ensure (data profiling/metadata/lineage) are maintained, and updated, and automated processes are developed/enhanced.
- Develop data quality monitoring against operational data sources and data lake/warehouse utilizing data quality tools to ensure adherence to standards with continuous improvement goals.
- Develop data quality scorecards according to data quality dimensions & by appropriate data domain to baseline and monitor for improvement goals.
- Translate business requirements to triage data quality issues and provide recommendations/solutions to meet the true business needs.
- Work with technical & business stakeholders to ensure proactive and continuous process improvement.
- Perform follow-up actions related to findings & ensure relevant parties understand data quality gaps and close them accordingly.
- Develop a thorough understanding of products and services, business processes, current/historical data, and system environments.
