THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a dedicated Data QA Lead to oversee our data quality and machine learning model validation processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data quality assurance, experience with machine learning models, and strong analytical skills for exploratory data analysis. This role also requires proficiency in monitoring and supporting data pipelines to ensure the seamless flow and integrity of data across our platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous QA processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data.
- Lead efforts in automating QA testing of data stores, data processing, and other related systems.
- Machine Learning Models QA:
- Coordinate with data science teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of machine learning models.
- Design and implement QA processes for pre-production and production models to ensure performance metrics are met.
- Exploratory Data Analysis:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and insights.
- Work with data science and business teams to refine data analysis based on the strategic needs of the business.
- Data Pipelines Monitoring and Support:
- Oversee the monitoring of data pipelines for performance issues, bottlenecks, and data integrity anomalies.
- Lead troubleshooting and support for data pipeline issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
