This role on eClerx ABU’s (Analytics Business Unit) leadership team is a unique opportunity to work across diverse problem statements, have direct access to senior leaders and their priorities, and have a measurable impact on growth and value-creation. Over the past few years, we have continued to focus on delivering top quality analytics services and growing our analytics footprint within existing and prospective clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Consultant having consulting experience in SQL, PowerBI, R, Python, Teradata, experience. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and address challenges related to enhancing customer experience, satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- MS in quantitative field (Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science)
- 6+ years of applied analytics experience
- 3+ years’ experience as an analytics consultant
- Experience working with business teams and analytics senior leadership teams, specifically in customer analytics – Journeys, Support services, Survey analytics, voice of customer and sentiment analysis.
- Proficiency with analytic tools (SQL, PowerBI, R, Python, Teradata)
- Experience with large scale BI and analytics systems and frameworks
- Experience in building and deriving insights from advanced data science models like forecasting, Propensity modelling, NLP, Predictive models and more to recommend actionable business insights.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.

- Experience in building and deriving insights from advanced data science models like forecasting, Propensity modelling, NLP, Predictive models and more to recommend actionable business insights.
- Initiate, design, execute, and deliver custom analytics projects
- Develop an understanding of customer and market needs, and an understanding of competitive offerings.
- Provide decision and analytic support in scoping potential advanced customer analytics projects, and ensuring their measurability, feasibility and relevance.
- Interpret, analyze and translate data into layperson’s terms
- Develop and maintain statistical models that predict consumer behavior, journey performance, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights, walking customers through dashboards and developing narratives that explain results and aid in more informed decisions and improved business performance.
