Data Science Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and strategic expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be crucial in driving the design, development, and implementation of ML and AI solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in a leadership role within Data Analytics, ML & AI
• Proven track record designing and implementing ML/AI solutions
• Deep understanding of ML, including deep learning, CNN/RNN, transformer models, and LLMs
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
• Capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Excellent problem-solving skills and competency in analyzing and translating business requirements into ML/AI solutions
• Familiarity with working in a regulated industry or alongside technology-adjacent regulatory functions
• Background in statistics fundamentals, human-computer interaction, privacy-preserving ML, and security fundamentals
• Good hands-on experience with SQL
• Cloud experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Provide technical leadership in ML and AI, driving the design and development of solutions
• Plan and execute responsible AI systems and corresponding measurement strategies
• Foster AI adoption across various organizational verticals, envisioning new products and solutions
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how ML/AI can address them
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers, leading teams as both a peer and mentor
• Keep abreast of advancements in ML/AI technologies
• Act as a liaison between business, legal, and technology stakeholders
• Shape ML solutions, scope and price engagements, and lead the transition from sales to delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective project delivery
• Engage executive and C-level stakeholders to promote enterprise-wide AI adoption
• Support sales and pre-sales activities, assess data opportunities, respond to RFPs, and create proposals
