We are looking to strengthen our Customer Success organisation by bringing in a Data Scientist to enhance how we work with our customer data. We process a large variety of data sets, ranging from cyber security threat data to product and sales data. In this role you will work with other parts of the company to build solid 360° view of our customers through data. Our Customer Success strategy relies on data-driven portfolio management and automation of processes, and we need the right data to be available and applicable for the Customer Success teams to use.
The person we are looking for can be in the early stages in their Data Scientist career path, or they might already have a solid experience from the domain. Title will be defined based on the seniority of the candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop data models and analyze customer data to drive insights for health, retention and upsell
• Work alongside of our Cyber Security Advisory team to build new methods and tools to utilize our existing customers’ telemetry data to create security insights for our customers
• Work together with cyber security experts to find novel solutions to real-life problems
• Together with your fellow Data Engineers / Data Scientists from other units, create new data pipelines and continue to enrich our Data Lake, processing millions of events every day
