Data Scientist/Software Engineer

• Understand the data resources available from Moorfields clinical systems. - Independently and in collaboration with the AI/Data science team, develop ML tools that will allow extraction of clinically relevant features from ophthalmic imaging/electrophysiology. - Contribute to the development of webapps for deployment of clinical and imaging data analytics tools to support a learning healthcare system. - Contribute to the development, validation, and implementation of AI algorithms for ERG analysis.
• Contribute to the development of a database management platform for the Electrophysiology Department. - Contribute to the development of AI diagnostic and prognostic models for common and rare retino-choroidal disease. - Have working experience in python (numpy), image processing and computer vision (opencv), machine learning (tensorflow/pytorch/keras), and web technologies (javascript). - Have working experience of database management (e.g.
  with SQL).
