Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Data Teams at FARFETCH are committed to turning the company into a leading e-commerce platform. As such, they are constantly looking for brilliant people who like the challenges that a fast growing, data driven company faces in its path to become a market leader. You will be integrated in the Data Engineering team, being responsible for helping maintain and develop the custom tools needed to build the demanding data pipelines Farfetch needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design scalable, end-to-end data pipelines to consume and integrate large volumes of complex data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and develop the tools needed for a self-serving data architecture approach.
- Provide Data Engineering expertise to multiple teams across our organisation.
- Research and implement new data technologies.
- Work with the team to set and maintain standards and development practices.
