Job description

CONNECT TO YOUR INDUSTRY

We are seeking to hire experienced Data Solution Architects in the Data & AI Architecture team of Deloitte’s AI & Data offering.
Data is the key enabler for the rapid growth journey across the Energy Resources & Industrials industries, across a range of business functions. Without a solid data foundation, clients struggle to achieve their vision for a data-powered future, including implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Our team delivers transformational data solutions to our Energy Resources & Industrial clients that benefit our clients, their customers and any relevant government agencies or regulators.
The Energy Resources & Industrial industry is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the increasing importance of data and analytics. As enterprises seek to leverage data to drive better business outcomes, they are turning to decentralised data management approaches such as Data Mesh and choosing disruptive technologies to build innovative and domain-oriented data products.
A well-designed data solution architecture sits at the core of our clients’ strategy to enable the effective deployment of advanced analytics and AI models to gain competitive advantage in their respective industries and deliver better products and services to their customers.
Our Data & AI Architecture team specialises in ‘designing for data’: how to source it, how to store it, how to structure it, how to transform it, and how to consume it for wide variety of data-centric functionality, including data APIs, data monetisation, Gen AI, machine learning, management information, and reporting.
By joining Deloitte, you will have access to the best training and learning opportunities, allowing you to develop new skills and hone existing ones. You will be working in fast-paced teams with other highly talented, fun and motivated colleagues. We also encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you, please do discuss with us.
Strategy, Analytics and M&A
How do you make intelligent, future-proof decisions in a world where change is the one constant? That’s exactly what you’ll help our clients to do. You’ll build trusted relationships with business stakeholders – and use the most exciting new technologies available – to create data-driven programmes that transform their organisations. Your advice will help clients position their organisations to succeed in an ever-evolving marketplace.

  • Leading effective, enthused and diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  • Understanding the importance of stakeholder and change management and supporting development and implementation processes.
  • Assisting in the further development of our market leading solution and delivery offerings and help produce proposal documents to showcase our capabilities to clients.
  • Contributing to the development of our thriving Data and AI Architecture community.
  • Contribute to client project delivery by owning one or more workstream(s) and ensuring commercially successful conclusion of the client engagements.
  • Develop the capability of junior team members through ‘on the job’ training and formal development programmes
