QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert in data management with a strong understanding of data governance and its role in business value.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current data management tooling and trends.
- Skilled communicator, organized, and adept at navigating tech organizations and building business relationships.
- Experience implementing data management and governance in large global enterprises.
- Proven experience in creating target architecture for data management.
- Background in conducting pre-studies and managing RFI/RFP processes for technology acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with data management and governance tools.
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills in English.
- Previous experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level analysis of current data management capabilities and tooling to estimate a future state.
- Define a target architecture for data management capabilities, including a high-level roadmap for potential tech investments.
- Gather requirements to prepare for an RFI/RFP for potential technology investments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data management, educating the team and organization on data management practices and collaboration needs.
