Service and Parts Data, Systems and Processes team is responsible for managing and developing data processes, standards, and systems to ensures that right data and information is available for service and parts business operations and in digital tools provided to customers.
We are seeking to hire Data Specialist to join our team to make sure that asset (Customer’s equipment on customer site) and item data can be utilized successfully in service and parts business to improve customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and BU strategy implementation. You will work closely with the team, corporate Business stakeholders, IT and Global Process Owners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant educational background (e.g., Business or Engineering)
• Some experience in operative business, business processes, or master data management
• Capability to analyse and utilize data efficiently and independently - basics of SQL is a prerequisite (at least good Excel skills with strong willingness to learn SQL), other programming languages (Python etc) as advantage
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Precise and strong attention to detail with a systematic approach
• A positive can-do attitude and sense of responsibility with positive customer service mindset
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

• Utilize SQL to analyze data and identify improvement needs
• Perform meticulous data cleansing activities, attribute by attribute, in Excel to ensure data accuracy and integrity in a global database
• Implement data quality improvements using RPA robots or mass migrations
• Execute item master data enrichment and update tasks in Teamcenter and SAP
• Support in data catalog, data management process and system development projects
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
