Description:

Radancy is seeking a Data Specialist to join the Data & Integrations Team. This person will work with members of the team to implement, manage and optimize Radancy’s Google Marketing products, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and more. This role involves configuring Google Analytics 4 (GA4), monitoring data flow and ensuring accurate data tracking and integration. Proficiency with Google’s suite of marketing products and a keen eye for data accuracy are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in data admin/analyst, analytics or similar field
  • 2+ years of experience with Google’s Marketing Platform. Certification a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred. Certification a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
  • Experience in software customer support or operations is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze data
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills along with a desire to solve complex technical challenges
  • A curious self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team prioritizing deliverables and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • High level of attention to detail

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Customize and configure a variety of analytic tools, including GA4 to meet specific company requirements
  • Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of data collection
  • User Access Management administrative duties
  • Perform quality assurance on data capture after software releases and customer launches
  • Analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies or missing data
  • Document customer configurations and customizations
  • Document internal processes, best practices and other related content
  • Stay up to date on advances, products and policies within Google’s Marketing Platform

Salary Range: USD $75,000.00-$85,000.00*

  • The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
