We are hiring for Data Stage Developer for the position based in Sweden (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
JOB SUMMARY:
- We are seeking an experienced Datastage Developer to join our Scrum team in the MDM (Master Data Management) department of our banking client. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a cross-border, group-wide solution.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCES:
- 7+ years of experience as a DataStage developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with Java programming skills.
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum development methodologies (SAFe framework).
- Previous banking experience is meritorious.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication,collaboration skills and problem-solving skills .
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with agile mindset and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
