TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU’LL POSSESS

Data Visualization:

  • Mastery of data visualization tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Adverity being the most desirable for this role)
  • Ability to create interactive and engaging dashboards for marketing stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data storytelling and visualization best practices
  • Strong experience and understanding of marketing platforms, metrics and KPIs

Data Engineering:

  • Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Experience with data warehousing and data lakes
  • Experience working with different data models and architecture to deliver efficient, scalable visualisations from multiple data sources
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for custom visualizations or integrations

Cloud Platforms:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage and processing

EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE…

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience working with marketing data sets, preferably within a media agency environment
  • Understanding of the standard workflows involved in digital marketing process
  • Demonstrable project management experience; you will be expected to inspire, educate, support and guide internal teams and clients, encouraging engagement with automated reporting solutions, ensuring ongoing adherence to process and client satisfaction

Desirable

  • Experience working at a media agency or similar, working with data visualisations at scale across multiple entities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Knowledge of Adverity

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of One Campaign Hub (OCH), delivering a best-in-class data visualisation solution for the agency and for clients
  • Plan and build comprehensive dashboards collecting, storing and transforming data from disparate sources across the agency
  • Develop and maintain internal processes to ensure ongoing engagement, solution accuracy and reliability
  • Educate client stakeholders on platform usage
  • Educate internal stakeholders on platform maintenance and support and guide them to deliver client satisfaction
  • Pioneer the mission to empower agency users to make OCH the go-to data visualisation and reporting tool, minimising reporting fragmentation and reducing reliance on manual processes and presentation of data in excel/powerpoint
  • Support the development and maintenance of automated jobs that ensure required data is made available in the most efficient and scalable way as possible
  • Assist the development and maintenance of data quality checks and procedures, helping account teams overcome data issues before they impact the quality of the reporting solution
  • Support the translation of user requirements and business needs into functional dashboards
  • Monitor automated jobs, troubleshooting data issues when they arise
  • Support champion members of the7stars teams responsible for last-mile transformation and visualisation of data within the OCH platform
  • Provide hands-on support to users of reporting solutions, helping the wider team triage and respond to user queries in a timely manner
  • Develop a team of cross-functional agency champions to support in platform development and maintenance
  • Attend internal stakeholder meetings, presenting your solutions and providing updates on your progress
  • Support the development strong working relationships with third-party data providers that we rely on for access to necessary data, particularly Salesforce and Adverity
  • Keep on top of new functions and proactively test any betas that come our wa
