Description:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years in data visualization, data analysis, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing data visualization projects
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics (a plus)
- Data visualization best practices and principles
- Data analysis and statistics
- Database management systems (e.g., SQL)
- Programming languages (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript)
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Design principles and human-computer interaction
- Data storytelling and communication
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality analyses and insights that drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
REPORTING OF THE ROLE
This role reports to the Global People Data & Analytics Director and will require the support of the other Data & Analytics team member and business leads to execute the data and analytics strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Design and develop interactive and dynamic data visualizations to communicate complex data insights.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop visualization solutions to meet those needs.
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to create meaningful visualizations.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support visualization efforts.
- Create reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data science, product, and design.
- Stay up-to-date with new data visualization tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for data visualization.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in visualizations.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- May be responsible for managing entire projects or processes within job area.
