Description:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2+ years in data visualization, data analysis, or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing data visualization projects
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
  • Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics (a plus)
  • Data visualization best practices and principles
  • Data analysis and statistics
  • Database management systems (e.g., SQL)
  • Programming languages (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript)
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
  • Design principles and human-computer interaction
  • Data storytelling and communication
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality analyses and insights that drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

REPORTING OF THE ROLE

This role reports to the Global People Data & Analytics Director and will require the support of the other Data & Analytics team member and business leads to execute the data and analytics strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Design and develop interactive and dynamic data visualizations to communicate complex data insights.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop visualization solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to create meaningful visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support visualization efforts.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data science, product, and design.
  • Stay up-to-date with new data visualization tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for data visualization.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in visualizations.
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on department or job family results.
  • May be responsible for managing entire projects or processes within job area.
