We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator specializing in design, implementing, and maintain robust database systems. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure our systems are optimized for performance and reliability while prioritizing high availability, security, privacy, and data integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential
  • 8+ years of experience in database administration
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), with a preference for Microsoft SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of best practices in database operations, including configuration, backup, recovery, security, and integrity
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based database technologies, such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or AWS RDS
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and a strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or R, enabling automation and efficiency in database management tasks
  • Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage, lead and motivate employees
