DATABASE/ETL TESTING

• Responsible for validating and verifying data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across our data applications with a particular focus on Azure Synapse Analytics and report testing
• Understanding of Specialty Insurance processes and experience in working on Data testing (ETL, reporting, data quality)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data quality checks and validation at various stages of data processing.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to understand data requirements and design appropriate test strategies for Synapse environments.
• Test and validate reports to ensure they accurately reflect the underlying data.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing data systems and reports.
• Use automated testing tools to enhance efficiency and coverage of data and report testing
