ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or any related field
Advanced Excel experience – Experience with import, manipulation and presentation of data, Vlookup & Pivot Tables would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

About the Role: Database Marketing Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

Analyze customer data in AEP to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, create audience segments, and track campaign performance with reports and dashboards.
Maintain and optimize customer segmentation strategies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information in AEP.
Provide recommendations and support to customers and marketers, addressing their data needs and staying updated with the latest database marketing and AEP practices.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in AEP by working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with EMEA time zone hours and handling night calls with stakeholders and team members.
What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Alteryx, SQL, and Adobe Experience Platform
Experience in Data Analytics, Data Mining, Eloqua/Marketo
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
