Job Description:

£34,000 - £42,500 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We consider all types of flexibility wherever possible, including locations, hours and working patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective new sales and marketing caigns
  • Work with the Senior Caign Analyst and relevant stakeholders to shape the contact strategy, developing customer centric caigns.
  • Improve ROI of caigns using available targeting and segmentation tools to best effect
  • Deliver data requests for research and service purposes.
  • Monitor and report on caign effectiveness, making sure results are communicated openly and honestly.
  • Manage the day to day operational “suppression” criteria to ensure that all customer communications produced by the team are compliant with data protection legislation, customer preferences, MPS and TPS, and internal suppression criteria.
  • Own the direct response caign activity for specific stakeholder areas.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies.
  • Implement best practice Caign Management processes in Database Marketing:
  • Ensure that all data provided is fit for purpose, accurate and that all communications comply with regulatory requirements, and internal and industry standard practices in terms of permissions, frequency and number of communications.
  • Ensure all caign documentation is completed and deliver 100% compliance in the monthly audits.
  • Proactively identify enhancements to Bupa UK’s database, data and models
  • Identify data quality issues, liaise with owners across the business to address these, and monitor delivery of improvements.
  • Identify need for new propensity models or new data items and sources.
