Join our 24/7 team to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage critical systems, all while honing your skills with the latest technologies. As a key part of our operations, you’ll oversee environmental conditions, availability, diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions with our trusted vendors to ensure smooth, timely maintenance across all sites. You’ll also ensure every incident request is efficiently handled and supported within SLAs, liaising between internal teams and valued customers.
