JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a background in senior care, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented while maintaining compliance with all regulations. This role requires a compassionate leader who can manage medication administration, oversee memory care programs, and foster a positive environment for both staff and residents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within senior care or assisted living settings.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and memory care practices.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• A nursing background is preferred but not mandatory; relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and understanding in all interactions.

  Pay: $21.52 - $21.96 per hour

• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
• Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and resource allocation to maintain financial health.
• Provide training and support to staff, focusing on professional development and best practices in caregiving.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for residents with developmental disabilities.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork and enhances the quality of life for residents.
