Description:
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Dayforce Payroll Administrator. Situated in Irving, Texas, this role revolves around the hospitality industry. The selected candidate will be part of a hybrid work setting, providing support in the implementation of Dayforce and handling the influx of employee queries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 support to employees using the Dayforce system
- Assist employees in resetting passwords and accessing pay stubs
- Help employees retrieve W2s and respond to basic inquiries
- Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce systems for payroll administration
- Process and maintain accurate employee timesheets
- Use accounting software systems to monitor and manage customer accounts
- Take appropriate action in response to specific account activities
- Assist in 401k - RRSP administration tasks
- Utilize the ‘About Time’ software for efficient timekeeping and payroll processing
- Support the team in employee assistance programs.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems is required
- Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce is necessary
- Knowledge of 401k - RRSP administration is beneficial
- Familiarity with ‘About Time’ is desirable
- Proficiency in Ceridian Payroll System is necessary
- Skills in employee assistance are beneficial
- Experience with employee timesheets is crucial.
