Description:
OPPORTUNITY
We are currently in search of one Maintenance Technician for the DAYS Shift. Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment through preventive maintenance, prompt response to breakdowns, and continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities in the role are:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as indicated on CMMS work orders
- Identify potential or imminent breakdowns through equipment inspections and monitoring
- React effectively to correct equipment breakdowns
- Recognize and respond to correct safety hazards
- Alignment and recalibration of CNC and non-CNC equipment
- Communicate effectively with production supervisors and personnel
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
