As a Process Lead you will be the Subject Matter Expert in the Demand to Warehouse processes (end to end) for your region. This role will allow you to share your current knowledge in a different way. This is a great development opportunity as you will be adding project, programme and transition management to your skill sets, as well as getting a deeper understanding of the total end to end Supply Chain process.
You’ll be working with stakeholders within the Supply Chain functions to support the transition towards the new global template. Your knowledge of the process requirements, along with the transition methodology will help you ensure the successful implementation of these templates. We are transforming our business not just upgrading the tech!

Your responsibilities would include:

  • identification and analysis of user requirements within supply chain, production & planning areas
  • providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
  • being responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation
  • identifying business process or technology improvements and changes and escalate them to the Business Solutions team
  • supporting the OpCo on their change management journey and in making the change stick
  • working with the OpCo to foster active participation and ownership of the new solution (processes & tools) and ensuring a proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, training, etc.)
  • providing a communication link between project teams through attendance at regular Project Team or Team Leader meetings.
  • performing testing of the tool and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in supply chain processes with a strong understanding of production and planning
  • experience in implementing complex change projects in an international environment
  • proficiency in SAP with the ability to explain and connect it to practical applications on the shop floor
  • knowledge of KPIs used in process measurement and evaluation
  • understanding of Quality processes in production
  • experience in local projects, utilizing problem-solving and influencing skills to convince others of the need for change
  • ability to work with internal customers, handling challenges in a positive, proactive, and robust manner
  • excellent stakeholder management skills
  • strong communication, organizational & planning, analytical, and process management skills
  • excellent English skills.
