Deal Compliance Analyst

As a Deal Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that contract
integrity is maintained for sales agreements with our largest B2B customers. You will
also serve as a central resource for report reviews to ensure that the customer is in
compliance with their contract terms. The ideal candidate for this position should be
detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to take ownership to address customer issues.

HOW YOU WILL LEAD

• Review essential contracts to identify gaps in fulfillment or contract delivery
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to identify and escalate potential compliance risks or issues
• Analyze reporting data to identify potential compliance issues and take action to address them
• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain compliance programs and procedures
• Conduct briefing sessions with salmes teams to provide support and guidance on order compliance best practices to ensure contract integrity
• We are looking for a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
