Overview:
Your mission: You will be responsible for managing/processing all parts of licensing for UiPath, providing sensible and accurate information to UiPath’s customers.
You will work in partnership with sales, customers and a collection of internal teams - CSM, TAM, Finance, Accounting, Legal to achieve company success.
What you’ll do at UiPath:
- Collaborate with multiple Go-to-Market teams to support licensing-related consultations and contribute to successful sales engagements
- Provide customer support (L1) for licensing and activation inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions and high customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence in supporting the sales cycle, delivering customizable license configurations, and assisting our customers with the required technical requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive operational efficiency
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to quickly adapt to situations
- Flexibility of supporting multiple teams in different time zones as the business requires
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with spreadsheet and other office tools
- Time management skills
- Staying engaged in continuous learning, by developing and maintaining knowledge of the processes, products and services being offered
- Ability to use knowledge of a specific process, product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate team
- Previous experience in a customer/sales service role is desirable
