Description:

Join our Commodities and Global Markets Account Management team as a Deal Manager Analyst in Dublin, Ireland, supporting Commodities and Global Markets’ Fixed Income and Currencies (“FIC") lending businesses (Securitisation and Sports Financing). In this support role, you will be working with global teams in Sydney, New York and London. You will be working alongside the Structuring, Origination and Legal teams to support day to day lending activities.

What role will you play?
You will be performing lending lifecycle management in LoanIQ, including but not limited to: loan static creation, payment processing, client reporting and ongoing loan processing of interest, principal and fee payments. You will also be analysing and interpreting credit agreements, client reporting, to source specific data points for covenant monitoring, as well as analysing and interpreting client borrowing base reports and prepare client statements. Communicating with external clients about operations matters and liaising with originators, structuring and sales staff to source client reporting would also be a large part of your role, while also solving and responding to complex queries in a timely manner, identifying gaps in controls and opportunities to improve workflow and the risk framework.
What you offer

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • 2+ years’ of experience within the financial services industry in a similar operational role in a fast-paced working environment
  • LoanIQ experience or other loan processing system such as Wall Street Office or ACBS
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple transactions simultaneously, emphasis on interpersonal, stakeholder and client management and communication with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
