REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dealing, preferably within the securities industry.
- Preferably with pass in CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5 and 6A.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, including securities and options, is advantageous.
- Well-developed business negotiation skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts and public holidays; shift allowance will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessment and management of clients’ portfolios, ensuring timely resolution of margin call status and managing clients’ margin requirements while monitoring risk exposure.
- Provide trade support services to clients, including monitoring portfolios, advising on margin calls and facilities, managing trading limits, and resolving trade issues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support within the designated timeframe.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues.
- Apply the company’s best execution policy to ensure fair execution of trades.
- Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and practices in accordance with market regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
