Description:
Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a

Market representation:
- develop and implement a representation plan that supports the delivery of FoH’s sales and aftersales objectives, ensures proper geographical coverage for the Ford brand and delivers top level throughput and best in class customer experience.
- implement Retail Fitness program
- ensure proper contractual background of Ford’s dealer relations in line with the latest EU and Hungarian legal requirements.
- ensure proper administration of dealer contracts in the Ford systems (DID maintenance).
Manage new dealer openings and terminations:
- evaluation of prospective dealers
- manage contract administration
- ensure new dealer RL&S consistency
- manage start up and closing advertising
- manage dealer code, credit limits and system set ups / closings
- manage financial reconciliation, stock clearance and customer handling with terminated dealers
- manage the removal of Ford Trademarks in case of termination
Dealer development and profitability:
- help to develop Business Plan for new dealers and existing poor performer dealers
- measurement and reporting of dealer profitability (eBM system)
- develop action plan to improve dealer profitability
- develop and implement Ford’s dealer related training strategy (Sales and non-technical FCSD as well)
- develop and implement Mystery shopping program in line with FoE requirements
Supervision of Ford’s “Look & Style” program:
- supervision of inside and outside appearance of dealerships, ensure proper alignment
- manage Showroom Upgrade project
- supporting orders
- coordination of RL&S invoicing
- keeping contact with subcontractors (Arlux, Neonsign, APS, Visotec)
- handle trademark related matters
Standards and related margin system:
- implement Ford’s core, premium, FordStore and Transit Centre standards
- ensure standards compliance
- coordinate annual dealer audits
- develop and implement local version of annual Variable Dealer Margin (VDM) program
- manage quarterly evaluation, communication, and payment of VDM.
Customer and dealer satisfaction:
- coordinate Ford’s customer satisfaction program and develop action plan to achieve related objectives (Sales and FCSD as well)
- coordinate Ford’s dealer relationship survey and develop action plan to maintain BIC position
- coordinate annual Ford President’s Award competition in the Hungarian Dealer Network
- Manage the collection of dealer attestations for Stop Sale campaigns
Systems:
- develop and implement certified DMS strategy
ensure dealer enrollment with regards to key Ford system initiativesManage introduction, launch and operation of new platforms and systems (e.g. eCommerce Marketplace Portal, OneCX, TrackBack, Test Drive Scheduler Tool, etc.)
Other:
- Coordinate FoH’s ISO certification
- Maintain good, advisory relationship with the dealers and their staff
- Make proposals how to improve FCEE processes
