OTS Capital, a premier hedge fund, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically within a hedge fund or similar environment. Proficiency with One Zero and MT5 Manager is essential, with additional experience in Centroid and APIs being highly advantageous. This remote role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution: Efficiently and accurately execute trades using various trading platforms, ensuring optimal pricing and minimal slippage.
Platform Management: Manage and operate the MT5 Manager platform with high proficiency, ensuring seamless trading operations and minimizing downtime.
Integration and API Management: Utilize APIs to integrate and automate trading processes, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of trade executions.
Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading risks, adhering to the company’s risk management policies and procedures to safeguard investments.
Book Running: Assist in running a trading book, analyzing market trends, and making informed trading decisions to maximize returns.
System Optimization: Optimize trading systems and workflows using One Zero and, if applicable, Centroid to ensure top performance and reliability.
Client Interaction: Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients regarding trading operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trading opportunities, providing actionable insights to the trading team.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Dealer in the financial services industry, preferably within a hedge fund.
Platform Proficiency: Extensive experience with One Zero and MT5 Manager is essential. Experience with Centroid is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with APIs for integration and automation of trading processes.
Book Running: Proven experience in running a trading book and making informed trading decisions is a significant advantage.
Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and the trading team.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and system management.
