Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- You must be reliable, a team player, consistent and trustworthy
- Basic understanding of keyboard and telephone operations
- Must pose excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Follow dealership processes and procedures for vehicle pick Up and Delivery
- Ability to build relationships with our valued customers, vendors and staff
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Capacity to problem solve and maintain composure during stressful situations
- Capable of active listening to the customer for their vehicle concerns
- Willingness to cross-train
- Current knowledge of APP technology
- Transport vehicles to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
- Keep accurate records of pick-up and delivery schedules
- Complete inspection of vehicle prior to and post transfer that includes photo documentation
- Ensure necessary paperwork is complete, accurate and matches the appropriate vehicle
