Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE:
We’re in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this by helping our dealer service team to provide timely service to our wholesale partners (dealers). You will mostly be focusing on repair and return requests.
MAIN TASKS:
- Process returns and repairs for wholesale accounts
- Manage replacement wholesale orders
- Creation of credit note requests
- Help resolve delivery complaints
- Provide a prompt, reliable and high-quality service and operational support to the wholesale dealers
- Complete daily seasonal tasks in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Complete ad-hoc DS tasks and assignments
