QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Dealer or Trader in a financial institution, preferably in a brokerage firm.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and trading strategies.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Singapore’s financial industry.
• Good Command of spoken & written in Chinese, and English

• Execute trades on behalf of in house clients across various asset classes, including equities, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team in campaigns, client acquisition, activations and retention programme.
• Manage clients’ trading losses and assist in debt recovery.
• Monitor market conditions and trends to identify trading opportunities and risks.
• Analyze financial data and news to make informed trading decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide timely and accurate trade execution and reporting to clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on industry developments and market dynamics to enhance trading effectiveness.
• Manage trading systems and tools to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the trading desk.
