JOB ADVERT SUMMARY

In support of IMSAF’s ongoing efforts to enhance organisational perfomance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for a Dealer Training Coordinator and Program Developer in the RG SACU department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resource
  • Extensive knowledge of content design theory and implementation
  • Good understanding of the automative / retail industry
  • Experience in the training environment
  • Experience with E-learning platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage and maintain a Learner Management System (LMS)
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Ability to maintain the curriculum database and training records
  • Conflict management and good interpersonal skills
  • Extensive knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and web delivery tools
  • Strong planning acumen
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Basic accounting and finance principles
  • Understanding of E-learning solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Update the Learner Management System (LMS) with ROFA dealer’s information
  • Coordinate all ROFA training courses and ensure professional implementation
  • Plan ongoing courses for new dealer hubs
  • Liaise with dealers and trainers to coordinate roll out
  • Collaborate with external training providers to ensure content complies to IMSAF (Isuzu Motors South Africa) standards and corporate identity
  • Update existing content to relevant
  • Development of training calendars
  • Preparing material to print ready format
  • Research content from source to develop material
  • Develop new training material as and when required
  • Coordination of training material printing and distribution
  • Control of office and training supplies
  • FOSA(Fleet Operator Service Agents): Ensure that all registration details and account information are accurate and properly recorded for correct billing
  • Booking and coordination of meeting rooms
  • Report training records to relevant departments within Isuzu Motors South Africa and to the dealer network
  • Booking and coordination of catering and refreshments for training courses
  • Serve as a point of contact for outsourced training providers
  • Administration of documentation for payment of outsourced suppliers
  • Provide assistance where necessary
  • Provide coordination where necessary
