Grow Financial is headquartered in Tampa, FL. For remote roles, candidates must be located in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university is preferred.
- Two years of successful business to business Account Management experience including cold calling, prospecting leads, and training skills required.
- One year working knowledge of the credit and finance industry is required.
- Two to Five years’ experience specialized in indirect lending either in dealer finance, underwriting, sales, or an equivalent combination, is required .
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Must possess above average time management, problem solving and prioritization skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, DealerTrack, RouteOne and AutoCount. General office equipment knowledge is required.
