Our Dealership Support Technician Opportunity
Our Tyre Technicians are based nationally within Dealership Centres. They are the vital people who go above and beyond to exceed customer’s expectations and ensure the quality tyres we supply, are fitted to the highest safety standards.
Without their expertise, attention to detail and excellent customer service we would not be the successful business we are today.
In this regional role as a Dealership Support Technician you will provide cover across the Exeter, Bridgewater and Bristol area, as required within the Dealership program. So you will ideally be based in the Birmingham area and be flexible with regards to business travel and hours
You will be delivering a tyre fitting service and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The role

  • Appraisal of staff as part of their induction process to ensure that relevant skills are available to meet business requirements
  • Coach staff to improve sales, customer service and technical skills
  • Using manual handling and relevant tools to remove and fit tyres of various weights and sizes.
  • Ensuring customers receive a prompt, reliable and safe service.
  • Adhering to essential safety standards and site best practise at all times.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
  • Build relationships with multiple teams of colleagues, customers and site staff.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • A Full Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • A formal qualification in tyre fitting is desirable
  • The ability to work and thrive in fast-paced customer driven environments.
  • Have an organised and flexible approach, with excellent communication skills.
  • Happy to work in a physically demanding role.

OTE FOR ROLE IS £36,500.
