WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are first and foremost looking for problem solvers with good visualisation skills and ideally you would tick as many of the following boxes as possible:

• Strong self-motivation to work and develop in a fast-paced work environment
• 3-4 years of work experience from e.g. strategy or management consulting or M&A transaction advisory
• Proficient skills and experience in Microsoft PowerPoint are essential. You must have experience in building clear, compelling presentations (e.g. full IM’s) that effectively communicate financial data through storytelling, using visuals and structured narratives to engage stakeholders
• Hold an M. Sc. degree in finance, industrial engineering or related field
• Be an analytical and structured problem-solver with Excel skills
• Fluency in professional English and Finnish is essential (both written and verbal)

• Building of clear and visually high-quality presentations & IM’s for international debt tendering processes
• Development of financing strategies for companies in multiple different fields (e.g. Real Estate, Energy and both private and listed companies)
• Perform strategic and financial analysis and provide insights on alternative financing options in very complex financing cases
• Support decision making by preparing decision materials, conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
