We are looking for two 12-month temporary Debt Recovery Account Managers to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
As a Debt Recovery Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to help consumers change their financial situation one conversation at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent.
- Communicate with customers using email and phone calls.
- Send and receive various documents to update accounts.
- Find solutions and arrange payment(s).
- Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
- Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
- Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.
What you’ll need:
- High level of communications skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Have knowledge of computer software like, Microsoft suit, soft phone applications and different CRM Systems.
- 1-2 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
Please note: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work.
