We are looking for a Debt & Recovery Account Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Account Manager is an experienced sales team member who works independently and is responsible for managing and building relationships with assigned customer accounts, including identifying opportunities for growth and product enhancements. Reporting to the Director, FI Sales other highlights include:

  • Build the pipeline by cold calling prospective clients and generating interest to pursue a discovery session. This will involve following up on leads from industry relevant conferences, recommendations / referrals of newly identified potential Key Accounts to relevant ESC partners.
  • Develop relationships and maintain regular customer touch points with assigned accounts. This will include soliciting feedback on customer products, services and interactions with ESC to ensure customer satisfaction. This will also involve relationship management, problem solving and creating awareness around expansion of services.
  • Organize and participate in product demonstrations and training sessions with prospective clients and/or current clients with potential account growth
  • Identify issues and potential product enhancements and solutions through customer contact and relationship management to increase competitiveness of the product suite. Provide voice of the customer (VOC) back to larger Sales team.
  • Attend Conferences and Client meetings as required
  • Enter and ensure all salesforce activities are recorded and up to date.
  • Analyze the customer base (currents & prospects) and identify and target highest potential opportunities.
  • Identify product gaps in the customer’s current purchasing habits and create business plans to capitalize on opportunities and ultimately achieve sales goals.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing and developing accounts
  • Experience in increasing, maintaining and securing existing revenue by utilizing Solution Selling processes
  • Experienced in keeping abreast of new innovations, applications, technical changes, market conditions, emerging trends and initiatives involving competitive activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated professional sales approach and the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize large amounts of information and data
  • Independent thinking with the ability to work in a team environment and identify the need to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a more unstructured environment
  • Ability to multi-task and organize large amounts of information and data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, SalesForce and PowerPoint.
