Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Serve as a working Sr. manager with direct responsibility for evaluating information to prepare reports, executive summaries, and loan packages.
- Gather complex data on national and global commercial real estate markets by researching a variety of sources.
- Prepare a variety of reports and statements for executive review. Arrange for the preparation of graphics or illustrations to include research findings.
- Review complicated commercial real estate industry conditions forecasts and trends.
- Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
- Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
- Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
- Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
- Exchanges and explains complex and difficult information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues
