Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Grade Level (for internal use): 12
Principal Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full lifecycle ownership of process(es) within remit; accountability for managing effective operational systems and/or processes; responsible for deployment of resources
Builds a solution roadmap aligned to strategic direction
Facilitates stakeholder alignment to the solution roadmap
Facilitates discussion of options and scenario planning related to the solution roadmap.
Provides input for strategic plan development and creates product plans and roadmaps to meet business requirements
Monitors progress of work against product plan and roadmap
Investigates existing business processes, analyzes, and defines underlying business drivers
Defines and evaluates requirements and the scope for recommended solutions and programs
Manages conflicting requirements of the various stakeholders
Tests relevant solutions or programs and the impact of solutions and/or programs against identified business requirements to propose adjustments
Develops plans for early engagement, allowing time for buy-ins and consultation with stakeholders taking into consideration stakeholder positions, agendas and priorities
Advises on the appropriate solutions to complex customer problems or emerging customer trends related to various markets
Supports the development of strategies and plans for new products and customers
Lead and present certain agile development ceremonies
Work with leadership to facilitate client workshops and communications
